How is "Ship Fee" filled in? What is small & light? How do I use it?

Small and Light is a program created by Amazon to address the need for cheaper shipping for small items under $10. In order to qualify, your item must be under $10 & below certain dimensions.

With OA2Gsheets, we try to simplify how you keep track of shipping fees. There are two main types of shipping: FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) & FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant). Rather than having confusing comparison boxes on the dashboard, we simply auto-fill the FBA amount in the "Ship Fee" box. If the item qualifies for "Small and Light" (see the above criteria), we auto-fill in the small & light fee into the "Ship Fee" box.

If you would like to offer shipping via FBM, simply delete the auto-filled shipping amount and type in your own.

View the flowchart below to see how the ship fee is filled in once the page is loaded.
